It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 x 190/200; 1 x 140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.
