Incredible location in a quaint peaceful quiet neighborhood. So many walkable local cafes, restaurants, small business/ local vintage shops. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and the home had such beautiful character/ details! Did not have any issues at all throughout my stay and Adam is a friendly, responsive, very professional host! Would definitely love to stay in this spot again in the future. His recommendations were great too. Was super cool going to Please U Restaurant 1 block away, which is a restaurant where famous actors have filmed on Netflix and other movies so cool! The food is great as well. :) Amazing spot and would definitely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay. The only difficulty we had was finding a way around parade route to get to the house. Once we figured that out everything else was fantastic. Easy access too the trolleys and busses. It was Mardi Gras so we heard the parades but that was expected. Comfortable bed everything was clean and tidy.

Just go ahead and book already! This was the perfect place to call home while exploring all that New Orleans has to offer. The complex where the unit is located is tucked away off the street (with free parking!), which provides this sense of peace and quiet that almost feels surreal, given how close you are to the French Quarter. The unit itself is tastefully decorated, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing full meals, the bed was very comfortable, and the outdoor patio was quaint and deeply appreciated. This unit is a true, glowing gem. Monseiur G is the most kindhearted and gracious human that you may ever meet! He is incredibly communicative and offered simply amazing recommendations that were walkable from the unit. Any minor issues that I had during my dog and I's long-term stay with Monseuir G were promptly addressed. He follows through on his word, and was a phenomenal host overall. Highly recommend! 11/10! ⭐️

Great location! Steps from canal street and not too far from the convention center. Super easy to get in and out of and Eric was a great host. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in NOLA!
