The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Exclusive! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.85×1.50 double bed size, made for sleeping on private ponies in the forest imitating nature. Natura 2000 area in Upper Swabia. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Good place to watch waterfowl. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Compost toilet, solar shower. Our house and parking are about 150 m away, on the other side of the forest. Swimming and fishing in the lake possible.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland of the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen."
