Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shores of Lake Constance, lawn and garden restaurant directly on the lake only about 400 m away, about 900 m to Fischbach train station, about 6.5 km to the trade fair. Bakery and bus stop in 300 m.

Very spacious, bright and fashionably furnished 2-room apartment (about 60 m²) with a fantastic sun balcony directly on Lake Constance, with breathtaking lake and mountain views and private lake access on the premises. Very central in Friedrichshafen - waterside promenade, train station, restaurants, bakery, supermarket and ships are reachable in a few minutes' walk. It is only about 5 km to the fair and the airport. Ideal for holidaymakers, business travelers and trade fair visitors. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

Lake Constance can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from here. There is a great lake and outdoor swimming pool or a recreation area with free access. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs for around 260 kilometres along the lake shore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many attractions around Lake Constance, such as Meersburg, Konstanz, stilt houses, the Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

Our vacation rental is located in a very peaceful and completely quiet area on a street running parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other enticing leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city centre, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. Shops for daily needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The trade fair is 4 km away. With private car parking space, lockable bicycle cellar and air conditioning.

Cosy Studio with private beach. The loft is located directly on the shore of Lake Constance. There is a private enclosed beach. Good restaurants, boat rental and boat school just around the corner. Ferry boat, supermarket within walking distance as well as the company Airbus. Welcome to the small, fine studio overlooking the lake and in the wildly romantic garden, a few steps from the shore of Lake Constance with its inviting swimming spots. In the same house there is a flower shop with café, shopping, beach, train station and harbor are within walking distance and the lake bike path leads past the house. Two bikes are available to explore the beautiful area.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
