This cozy old building Attica apartment is very charming with open roof beams and fireplace. Very nice open and bright with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Two sofa beds can accommodate up to 4 adults . A travel cot + high chair can also be rented on request. The apartment could hardly be more central: - only 5 min from the train station - right on the Boden-See-Rundradweg - right by the lake park (barbecue area, boat rental, harbor, swimming spot, beach bar, restaurants...)

Our house, Sonnengruß, was completed in the spring of 2022. Six beautiful and comfortably furnished apartments have been created here in the heart of the Linzgau. 90 sqm of living space invite you to feel good, spread out, and enjoy your holiday! Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stockach, nur 5 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Sie ist sehr hell und im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein großes Schlafsofa, Eßtisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein Kinderhochstuhl. Im Schlafzimmer stehen 2 Betten, die zusammengestellt oder auch einzeln gestellt werden können. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert. Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Zur Terrasse gehört ein eigener Gartenteil mit Grill. Parkplatz vorhanden.

The accommodation tastefully furnished, self-contained attic apartment with 100 square meters in Bronschhofen near Wil. It is in the center and yet it is quiet and green here. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double bed with 2 very good mattresses and in the second bedroom a box spring bed) , a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, bathroom with toilet and shower. Bronschhofen is located in the municipality of Wil, the center of Wil is 1.4km away.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Lindau Island, just a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance, the old town, and the train station. Under the historic roof of the Inselbrauerei, we combine charm and comfort, offering 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bed rooms at fair prices. The lounge area with a bar and the sun terrace invite you to relax. Parking spaces are available for both cyclists and drivers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

A Small Private Room - Amazing Lake View

The small room (17 qm) is located on the 14th floor. The house is occupied by me and other guests. Shopping, restaurants, doctors, etc. are accessible within 1-3 km. In the communal kitchen, there is also a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, cups, glasses, cookware, electrical appliances, etc. available. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. Please note that my apartment is located near train tracks.
