Monthly Rentals in Fripp Island

If you're planning a trip to Fripp Island, this is the place to stay. It's quiet, private, secluded and has amazing views front and back. The floor to ceiling windows and octagonal design makes it feel like being in a control tower at an airport, except the scenery is way better! We especially enjoyed sitting on the little bench tucked away behind the house near the marsh. It was like having the island completely to ourselves. We had debated getting a beachfront place, but after experiencing the peaceful seclusion of this place there's no way we'd ever want to immerse ourselves in the places along the beach which are packed in like sardines. A golf cart rental is a must - we were at the beach in just minutes and it's a great way to explore the island. Drew and Rebecca are great hosts and responded immediately to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Needed a pet friendly house for a spring break getaway with the family. The house did not disappoint. It’s located in a quiet cul de sac that overlooks a lake with a decent sized back yard that’s fairly private. Good for letting the dog out without stepping into your neighbor’s yard. The house was clean and well put together. The kitchen had all of the necessities for cooking such as pots, pans, measuring cups, bowls, etc. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and master shower was spacious. Didn’t get to use the grill but it was nice to have it. Two small critiques..the front door could use a coat of paint. Only because that’s what you see first. Second, curtains in the master bedroom would be nice just to block out the sunlight in the morning. Fripp island itself was wonderful. Get a golf cart since the house is located toward the front of the island. Getting the amenity cards was easy at the office. Beaches are wonderful. We will definitely return.

We had the best time! The house was perfect! Very clean, had everything we needed. We loved the separation of the up stairs bedroom. Perfect for a family vacation with the grandparents! This was our second trip to this house, and we will definitely be using it again! Absolutely perfect! Nataliya is very responsive and accommodating! Great host and great house!

Loved this stay!!! The hosts had everything needed for pups and sent very detailed instructions and very friendly/ accommodating. The space is in walking distance from the beach and is nice and quiet. Also very close to the beach bar and pool. Loved it. Will be back.
