Christopher's place was perfect for our trip to the lake district. It was a great spot for exploring the west coast and for getting away from the busy tourist areas in the lakes. The house was lovely and very clean. It felt a little bigger than the photos showed. Parking was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. Thank you Christopher for a brilliant stay.

Billy met us at the door. From the time we showed up we felt he was more than attentive to our needs. I asked for a vacuum and he drove it right over in minutes. Offered us a ride to Whitehaven to train. Left gift at door. Toys for kids even. Made us feel so welcomed I'll come back if I'm ever traveling that area again. It was nice to hike the local C2C section trail to dents peak. Beautiful view on top. The lake was close by and lots of swans, ducks, sea gulls. He brought toys out for the kids and board games. Lent us chargers since ours were not UK friendly. Heater worked great. Hot water is an endless hot water supply. Had Netflix and Amazon prime video to watch so we didn't need to sign in to ours. Lots of helpful tips of the area in general. If I could rate this place a 10/10 I would!

The property was beautiful, very clean and even more spacious than expected! The scenery from the living room windows is absolutely breathtaking! The bed was sooo comfy, I fell asleep at 9pm the first night because of it 😂. Although it is a quieter area of the lakes, it is a great spot for exploring the western fells and lakes. I loved my stay and felt really safe as a solo female traveller, I couldn’t recommend this property enough 😍 Thank you

We stayed at Linda’s while walking the coast to coast. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect- just off the trail. We walked to Ennerdale Bridge for dinner and then bought our breakfast and lunch snacks from Linda. She was extremely responsive and made sure we had all we needed. Thank you!
