Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gavirate

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

The place was as described and there was everything you need for a stay.

Our stay at the little house was great! The views from the balcony were unbelievable, area was quiet, peaceful and private. Kathi the host was a great help, giving recommendations for places and things to do. The entire place was clean, cosy and homely! Only little negative was that we heard noise from the rooms above later on in the evening when we were trying to sleep. However this can’t be helped.

Very nice and clean apartment in a small village 10 minutes from Stresa. You have to be aware that the church bells ring at 7 a.m. in the morning, but that didn't bother us. Nice local restaurant 100 m away. And we were always able to park in the village square, 100 m away too. We also enjoyed the garden. Giulia is very responsive when asked a question. Recommended for anyone who wants to visit the Lake Maggiore region with their car while being quieter than in town. And without parking worries.

We had a lovely stay despite the rain. The house is functional and well-equipped. The fireplace embellished and warmed our evenings. Our daughters enjoyed the mini pool table.

Fantastic stay, the house is very clean in a quiet area and close to the center of Gravedona, a 5-minute walk away. The garden around the apartment is really spacious with a very nice veranda to have dinners with friends and with friends. House equipped with everything, Nicola, Monica's son is really helpful and kind, attentive to our needs. Impeccable stay. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Even months before our trip, she thoughtfully provided a detailed guide with the best local spots to visit, restaurant recommendations, and transportation tips — whether we planned to rent a car or take the train. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless — truly immaculate — and Laura welcomed us with a thoughtful check-in gift, making us feel immediately at home. Throughout our stay, she checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and even thoughtfully provided umbrellas when it started to rain. Every detail, from start to finish, was handled with such care and warmth. The location was also perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to experience in Milan. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base.

A great place to stay, with extremely friendly hosts. Accommodation as on the pictures, very clean, everything available, well equipped. A 15-minute walk in Ascona on the promenade. Quiet residential area, delicious restaurants, good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. Highly recommended accommodation with or without children.

Sara's place is a real terrace on the lake! Inside a small private residence, the apartment is a jewel. Very well kept, with a very high attention to detail. The view is breathtaking and the terrace is equipped with everything you need, as well as the house. Sara also made us find fresh fruit, water, and everything we needed for a small breakfast. It was like getting home! Congratulations also on the furniture choices that make everything elegant and welcoming. Great!

A great location in the heart of Como, but still very quiet in the evening. Check-in was simple, the apartment was as shown and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The place hit all our requirements and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment for a weekend in Ascona. There were four of us (two couples friends) and the two bathrooms were very convenient. The location is sensational, in the middle of the old town, and also that there is a parking space is great. Communication with Alex was very good, he always responded quickly, gives tips for the area and is flexible with check-in/ check-out. Highly recommend!

Davide is an exceptional host! He offered us the unit early (even though we couldn't get there early, it was a nice gesture) and the fireplace was on when we arrived. The apartment has everything one would need. We cooked all our meals there and it was completely fine. Short walk into town means you're closeby all the amenities of the small town. Great place to enjoy Lake Como!

Marco's house was fantastic - perfect location, amazing views (especially from the incredible patio), and well equipped. Marco was a great host - very friendly and good communication, and he even let us check in early!

It was amazing days at the lake Como, for sure we will come back, I felt like at home!

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful top floor terrace with a beautiful view of the church and the city. The lively Navigli neighborhood is close by. The center is easily accessible by tram or walk (30 minutes). The bells were not inconvenient for us, it's part of the charm of the apartment 😊

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!
