Simple cottage in secluded location

Want to rent out a simple cottage just a few meters from the lake edge with nice evening sun and a nice little garden, only 20 minutes from Hudiksvall. The cabin has electricity but no running water running. There is a smaller boat with two-stroke engine as well as two soups to borrow. Storstugan is equipped with tables, chairs and sofa. The kitchen has two hot plates, fridge and microwave. The sleeping cabin has two bunk beds as well as two spare mattresses. The cabin is located only kilometers from the popular fishing spot Långtjärn with inhabited fish.

Here you will find tranquility, just a stone's throw from Kungsberget ski resort with close proximity to forest and lake. The cottage of 36 m2 offers an open floor plan with kitchen (not oven) and living areas where a sofa and daybed are available as well as a sleeping loft with double bed. A small cottage with a double bed is available in summer. The lake is outside the door but is better for a boat ride than swimming. Close to Sandviken, Högbo, Gävle and Ockelbo. Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with motor. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is located in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5min from E4. Shop is 10min drive from the cottage. The cottage lacks electricity and running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water in cans. Boat available May-Oct. The hot tub is under new construction and will be ready when the water has sunk away. Calculated to be ready mid/end of May.

Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: The ice is now March 19 still thick, but can start to become landless facing south. The snow about 10 cm. Any ski tracks nearby. Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

Well-preserved cottage next to Långrösten, Långbo

Welcome to nature "Stånganäs" next to the lake Långrösten in Hälsingland. A perfect place for relaxation. Here you will find a private jetty, smaller beach for swimming and good opportunities for outdoor cooking. Rowing boat/eka is available to use and a private parking is available right next to the house. Running water is not available. We fill up water before check-in and it can be picked up smoothly at nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.
