Villa vacation rentals in Gavleborg County

Villa Fyrklövern was spacious enough for us three families with children to enjoy the sports holiday week in lovely Järvsö. The fact that the house is a few minutes drive between Järvsöbacken north and south made the stay both practical and cozy. A few minutes walk to Ica was also not wrong if something needed to be completed for dinner. The sauna went hot we can promise. I can highly recommend Villa Fyrklövern for the larger family or group of friends who want to enjoy everything that Järvsö has to offer.

A real place to the heart, we loved it so much. Those who like the flair of the photos are well taken care of here. You will automatically slow down and get involved in nature, the sauna or swimming in the lake. By the way, the small place is very nice with village shop, cafe, a market on Saturday and some more.

Villa is very specious, beautiful view from balcony and very well decorated. Check inn and check out experience was smooth. Monica is very helpful and responds very quickly. We will definitely love to visit again.

If this unique accommodation is still available for your holiday period, do not hesitate! Just do it! It's a blissful location (close to the station and the center of Gävle) and fantastic to be able to stay in a typical Swedish cottage! Go, enjoy and don't forget the FIKA. Tip: Bönan is not far by bus/taxi/rental car and really worth a visit. This is on the water and has a local brasserie with a delicious Swedish brunch (ask for: soup brunch) or a delicious fika (coffee with cake of your choice).

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Cozy house that gives homelike feel. We stayed a few nights to be able to visit Lugnet and it was a nice walk there. If you walk at a slow pace, it took 15 minutes. We were there in winter but think it is very cozy to live there when you can use the garden as well. Can highly recommend this home.

Stayed at Murat's house few times already. Fabulous house and super host, as always!

This is a wonderful place for a large group - we were 10 people and had ample space. En suite bathrooms everywhere was a bonus. It is a huge house and there are many spaces to sit together as well as spaces to find a little privacy and quiet time - indoors and out. The house is very well equipped - we wanted for nothing. We were all amused by the little lawn mower robot we came to call Rover - the lawn is huge, and every time we came outside we would look for Rover, either working hard, or resting quietly in his little charging house - a small thing but we liked him. The village is spectacular and historic. It is completely walkable and very peaceful. We stumbled into wonderful music on the completely amazing organ in the church (google cahman Lövstabruk). Our host organised breakfast and dinner at the inn - a solid 4-minute walk away. The staff at the inn were helpful and friendly, and our host was super-helful We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended.

Second year we're back in this lovely house. Even nicer than in pictures! Incredibly nice location by the water, private and quiet. Well-equipped and so nicely and tastefully decorated. Nice hosts who left blueberry soup, biscuit chocolate, and a gap for us Vasaloppers, which was greatly appreciated. We'd love to come again!

Highly recommended! A place that will offer many beautiful evening views and sunsets. The house is clean and fresh and is also perfectly located for excursions to surrounding villages, swimming areas or nearby summerland. Johannes and Stina were both responsive and super easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Can't wait to go back already!

A small secluded oasis within a small village, its calm, quiet and off the beaten track, even though the big ”city” is just 5km away. I was positively surprised!

We went their on ski vacation. 6-7 minutes drive to the slopes. Clean apartment with nice kitchen, TVs and sound system. Used the wood fired sauna every night. It was a bit hard to get it above 60C in the winter but still ok. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken when we visited.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sally’s house. We were staying for two nights with two adults and three older children. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The heated swimming pool was very appreciated by the children.

A very nice and orderly place with plenty of room for a larger group, with room for cooking and socializing but also space to retreat. Very beautiful surroundings and very much to do in Järvsö and Hälsingland. We have had great days with three generations of family over Christmas and New Year and are very happy and satisfied. Nice and quick communication with Alex and Disa. A nice atmosphere prevails in the houses and everything you need is also available for a slightly longer stay.
