At Hemlingby's leisure area, you can try on the high altitude track, skiing in winter both downhill and on the length. In the summer the area offers several different running and cycling tracks. There are many activities for children and family that likes nature. Furuviksparken is about 10 km from the property. The house is 90 sqm and about 2000 sqm plot with its own jetty.
