The courtyard is from 1909. You live under the rooftops in the old barn. There is a stove, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle. There is always coffee, tea, oil, spices. The bathroom that is new in 2021, is right under the apartment, but you have to go out to reach it. There's also a washing machine. Also the toilet is located there.

In 1965, a small cabin was built for the owner's daughter Astrid, so that she could come to visit. Astrid soon became the owner of the entire farm, and the cottage was not used very much. Until now!
