Quiet and modern furnished private 55 m² apartment right next to the nature reserve in the Black Forest. The bright apartment with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging offers space to relax. On-site activities: bike tours, archery course, water treading, hiking tours, farm shop and much more. Further shopping is 1.7 km away. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Welcome to Alpaca Vacations in Wiechs am Randen (Tengen). Take a break with a view. Enjoy a wonderful view over the Hegau to Constance and beyond... The studio is fully furnished and has a small kitchenette with double stove and fridge. Our alpaca farm is located at 680 m, very central for excursions to Switzerland (Schaffhausen approx. 15 min, Rhine Falls approx. 20 min), the Black Forest (approx. 15 minutes) or Lake Constance (about 30 minutes).

Centrally located in the valley - HANS apartment

Our holiday apartment "Hans" is located in the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to swing on a bike or just want time to enjoy, this is the place to be. The apartment is under the roof. In the house there are two other apartments, all of which you enter through the common stairwell. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The light-flooded 2 1/2-room apartment (approx. 78 m²) has a cosy tiled stove with fitted seating area. A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A bath with shower bathtub and a separate toilet make the domicile round and offer up to four persons a piece of home during holiday and business trip.

Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.
