We had a great weekend here! The place was beautiful—so comfortable and clean. We loved all the art and furniture. We were very looked after and had a great time. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

What an absolute lovely place for a get away! Sovereign grounds Is so peaceful, well designed & as soon as you step in makes you feel right at home, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Clare was so welcoming & hospitable as well, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay & even after the stay, made sure we checked out okay, you also couldn’t ask for a better host! Would definitely recommend booking here if you are wanting a nice cosy get away & to explore Ballarat or just want to spend time out of the city & you can even sharpen your paddle ball skills on the mini court in the garden! Denise is pretty friendly, we met her once at the house and at the Ballarat Marathon, it’s extremely satisfied with her place, if you are planning for a short staycation at Ballarat this is close to every must visit places. Nice, clean and convenient place for a family vacation.

Li da was a great host, very responsive and accomodating. Apartment was as described
