Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

Nice and cosy studio in Amsterdam

Nice and functional studio only 15 minutes cycling or with an uber/ public transport about 20 min from Amsterdam City Center. The studio has a modern bathroom which is fully renovated 2 months a go. The bed is 160x 200 cm. There is a TV and WIFI connection. The studio is on the ground floor in a family friendly street. Pets are not allowed and also smoking is prohibited. Because it is a very family friendly area, partying is not allowed.

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.
