“Marco's house is perfect for unwinding and seeing nothing and nobody for a few days. The apartment is well equipped, all food started from salt must be brought. No problem as a good supermarket is relatively close. Marco had offered us dinner from his son which is very good. Since Marco unfortunately does not speak English and we did not speak Italian the communication was not easy, but we understood all the information about the apartment. My house has a great view from the house. In order to get people you have to drive towards Lago di Como. In Bene Lario itself is nothing. All in all, we had a very good time.”

“Such a peaceful, delightful place! Wonderful decorations all around the cottage, cottages history is presented. Sounds of the nature and easy access to walking paths. Luca is a great host, he speaks english enough to explain things at the cottage (I know close to zero Italian), and the cottage has everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. Road to the cottage is narrow, you might want to avoid having a wide car. VW Golf was alright. We enjoyed our stay so much we ended staying and cooking at the cottage rather than going to Menaggio center to have dinners. I hope Luca keeps renting his place so others get to enjoy it as well!”
