Vacation rentals in Granitzen

We stayed in Faistenau for 5 nights and had a great time! If you like hiking, you have a great selection of mountains right outside the door and Salzburg is also quickly and easily accessible by bus. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, super clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, easy to get to and very comfortable

We had a beautiful time at Sarah‘s place. We were there for a ski holiday and the jacuzzi and sauna were just perfect afterwards. I will definitely book again.

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

Katja and Heiko were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home! It felt peaceful and off-the-grid, a great place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Thanks for everything, and can’t wait to return 🥰

This experience was so good the place was very clean the neighborhood had many facilities such as restaurants and parking was also convenient. the view of the lake was breathtaking and you can reach the lake in less than 5 minutes which is a great way to spend an evening. overall 10 out of 10 love this place and love the room. the owners have taken such good care and paid attention to details when they provided the facilities. They were very friendly and very informative.

We had a lovely stay at the villa and felt very comfortable! Tina was easily accessible from the beginning and has taken care of our well-being. Unfortunately, there was a construction site on the access road during our stay - yet it was possible to reach the accommodation on foot and Tina always tried to find suitable solutions for us. Overall a recommended home and a consistently good host!

Sandra was a perfect host! The apartment is so spacious and well-equipped in a beautiful area. Highly recommended!
