Monthly Rentals in Greenvale

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

honestly we extended twice, that's how comfortable and relaxed we felt. we stayed here to be close to family for a family event, most definitely would stay again. The couch was so cosi, i had to ask where it was from. The home had all amenities and even a beautiful outside area. communication was exceptional. thank you so much

We were a family of 6 from New Zealand and this place felt right at home! Hugh was so kind to provide an early check in as we arrived to Melbourne early. Hugh was so welcoming and friendly with a thoughtful basket of treats too. First impressions - STUNNING! I was super impressed by how accurate the advertised photos were, what you see is exactly what you get! Beautiful! It truly was a gem and we were so so happy with it. Great living space size with spacious rooms, sitting rooms, kitchen and more. Fully furnished with entertainment/games and peaceful patio to soak in the Melbourne sunshine with a lovely floral garden view. Bathroom/Toilet very clean condition and had everything we needed. It was such a positive experience from start to end. Hugh was truly an amazing host! Highly recommend and will be the go-to for Craigieburn!

We had a great experience. It was at a walkable distance to Craigieburn central which was main benefit to us. You could stroll around the park near by. House was clean and had everything you needed. Thank you to the Host.
