Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Greystones

We loved this home. This little seaside village is an adorable part of Dublin! It’s lovely to stroll the walkways and green spaces along the sea and there are bikes available at the rental! We loved all the little shops, pubs and cafes from Blackrock to Dalkey.Our 4 year old was able to burn off some jet lag on the scooter, swing and on the slide. I wish the rain had held off a bit to enjoy it all more but we did appreciate the amenities for children. There were puzzles, books and stools exactly where you want them when you have a small child. The only inconvenience was that 90% of bedroom closet, kitchen/bathroom cabinet space was unusable. They were either locked or filled to the brim with owner’s personal belongings. We were staying for 5days but traveling for 5wks so it didn’t allow us to unpack comfortably. There was nowhere available to put our toiletries in the bathroom so had to live out of the suitcase quite a bit …not the end of the world- otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Clean, very spacious comfortable house. Lots of room for 8 adults and 3 small children. Very responsive host, gave loads of information.

Highly recommend staying at Declan's if you get the chance! The property is a lovely clean spacious house close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to all the amenities you could want, as well as lots of places to visit and things to do in the south east of Ireland. The fireplace in the living area is a real focal point of the property, and makes the space so cosy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen: we had all the pots and pans needed to cook as if we were at home. Declan himself is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy and it was a joy to stay there. Thank you, Declan!

What a beautiful hidden gem, in the most peaceful surroundings. I chose here as it was a short journey from family. We were not only welcomed by Cleos family but also little freddie the dog, who we looked forward to seeing each day. The place was pristine with everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable and plenty of space to relax. We absolutely loved our stay and hope we can visit again soon. Thank you so much xx

We had a lovely 3nights stay here. Everything was as described. Simon was great! So friendly & helpful! The kids and ourselves loved the ping pong game, found in a box of board games and quizzes! And my daughter loved the swing! Me & my son loved sitting in the corner of the garden in the mornings and enjoy a coffee. Would def recommend Simon & his home 😁

Good base for a family exploring Dublin. Close to shops and transport. Spacious and affordable compared to other places on Air BnB in Dublin currently.

Teresa is a thoughtful and generous host and the house is gorgeous - warm, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Drumcondra is a great neighbourhood with lots of amenities and easy access to Dublin city centre. Teresa had some helpful recommendations which we appreciated. Loved every minute of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Brian welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for activities. The apartment is centrally located, and everything is easily accessible by public transport or on foot. We would book it again.

Perfect location for a weekend in Dublin - quiet and peaceful, but minutes walk from shops and bars in Rathmines, and an easy tram ride into the centre.

Being a group of 4 girls, we had some great days in Dublin at Margaret’s place. We arrived quite late and Margaret arranged someone meeting us at the place and showing us around. The welcoming was awesome, tea, milk, coffee, some crisps and chocolate- thank you! Everything was in walking distance - some places further away like Howth were easily accessible by public transport. The airport bus stops right around the corner - very easy! The flat itself is as described and we felt right at home. I guess the smaller double bed would not be suitable for very tall people. Overall highly recommended, thank you!

we had stayed for one night in this beautiful home and It was a great stay we ever had.The home is very beautiful, neat, organized well and feels very comfy and relaxed.Christine is very friendly and a responsible Host.She is very approachable and helpful and care you as a family member.She drop off me to the railway station and even after I forgot to handover the keys ,she drove back to station without any hesitation,she is such a kind hearted woman.If you are looking for a wonderful calm and relaxed stay, Don't think more,this is the perfect one.We will surely comeback again. The accommodation is fantastic ,very central and with many amenities very close. Despite my mobile theft in a nearby restaurant that conditions our trip. If I come back I would repeat accommodation

Lovely and spacious apartment in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood. The place was spotlessly clean, warm, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near the Dart railway station and bus routes (just outside the door), with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts were well-prepared and provided clear instructions, always attentive and responsive in short period of time. The apartment is cozy and peaceful, with a welcoming atmosphere. Overall our stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

Liam’s place was ideal for our stay in Dublin. The location was perfect! Nearly everything we wanted to see/do in Dublin was within short walking distance.

Marie’s place was perfect for our stay in Kilkenny. Walking distance from all of the popular sites and right across the street from St Canice’s Church, which looks beautiful lit up at night. The rooms were cozy and we had everything we needed and more!

The location could not be better! 5 minute walk to bus/aircoach stop and 10 minute walk to DART station. Very comfortable apartment with fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. Drying rack in closet. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Wow, Stephanie sets the standard for hosts. She was so thoughtful, nice and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone and stay at any place she offers. Gave us some great touring advice and made a great vacation even better. She was also super responsive and everything was as advertised.

We had a nice stay in Marianne's house I cannot fault the accommodation. It was a lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. The house is well equiped and wouldnt want for anything for your stay. Marianne was lovely to deal with and responsive. We were very unfortunate that a corporate group booked out the entire hotel and facilities so we could not get any food or drink on site during a large portion of our stay. Marianne does to be fair warn about times where it could be members only but I didnt realise all areas could be booked for exclusive use. I went to use the swimming pool on the last evening with my son and we were really disappointed that it was €50 for a family day pass to go for a swim. I understand a fee but find it hard to justify a price that high. There are lovely walks and grounds to enjoy while staying there. My son enjoyed the playground and exploring the grounds.
