PRIVATE cosy apartment with self-checkin. Late check-in is no problem. Only 7 min. (4.4 km - see pic) drive to/from the ferry terminal. Short distance to beaches, shopping, the pedestrian street, cafe, restaurants and outdoor spaces. Free parking in garage. There is no terrace in the apartment. There is a short distance to the bus stop and good bus connections to Arendal, Lillesand, Kristiansand (e.g. Dyreparken, Sørlandsparken) etc.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If gps leads you onto a dirt road with a boom, you need to find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from Cycling Route 3. Very fast internet. Bathing area in the river 50 m from the cabin . A lot of hiking trails. Robot boat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. Don't need a fishing license.
