Deze heerlijke comfortabele woning ligt vlakbij het centrum en een groen park. Van alle gemakken voorzien; gratis parkeerplaats en het gratis gebruik van vier fietsen... Binnen 10 minuten ben je met de fiets in het centrum. Maar eenmaal weer in de woning ervaar je de rust en de ruimte. De woning heeft drie ruime slaapkamers en een een balkon. 2 keer een twee persoonsbed en 1 keer een eenpersoonsbed Een slaapkamer met een 1 persoonsbed. Hier staat ook een bureau met een computer screen.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.
