Monthly Rentals in Gwangmyeong-si

Sue's place was clean and looked very much like the photo. She was responsive and made our stay pleasant. Location was great. Although people mentioned sound, you hear a truck once in a blue moon. Not a big deal.

It's a little far from the subway station, but it's a new officetel on the boulevard, and the facilities were clean and overall good. It was convenient because it was close to the market and various shops and convenience stores.

I was happy with my stay. The host was helpful and communicated quickly, seemed very pleasant. I was there two nights and didn't see them, in the time I was in at least. Some minor downsides I feel could be shown more clearly in the description: the location is near the station, but is up two flights of stairs and a small hill from the street. Towels provided are hand-towel-sized, and there was only one pillow. The building is very old, though fine on the inside. The room is small; other than the large bed, there's only enough width to open the door. Overall, I would stay here again, just feel this could be clearer for future guests.
