Enjoy our large and modern private bedroom suite with full bathroom (over 400 sq.) in the basement area of our family home.

It includes a small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tea pot, and more . The bathroom has a large shower and vanity. The queen size bed is new and very comfortable.

We respect our guests privacy.

No cleaning fees.

The space
The house is located in a quiet family neighbourhood, low traffic, free parking. Good for couples, athletes, and business travellers.

The large bedroom is accessible via a short flight of stairs from the side entrance.

All the basics are provided including towels, bedding, shower shampoo and soaps, coffee, glasses, etc.

The bedroom suite is also equipped with a 50 inch smart TV, cable TV channels, and fast Wifi.

We are a family of four (two children 12&15) living in the upper two levels. We have a 12 lb hypoallergenic dog who barks at new people sometimes and sleeps most of the day and over 12 hours at night. We respect our guests privacy and are mindful of noise, however you will hear the usual household activities outside of quiet hours.

House rules: No smoking or vaping on the property or street, no pets, no parties, and no visitors (unless permission given ahead of time).

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

We use natural cleaning products as much as possible and follow AirBnB's cleaning protocols.

The bedroom suite and ensuite bathroom are private and for guests only.

During your stay
Owners live onsite, we respect your privacy.

There could be interactions with owners outside the suite in the
hallway during the day (basement also has our home office).

Other things to note
Our prices haven't changed, but a mandatory sales (14%) and marketing (3%) tax is now collected by the government.
