A Great Place all the amenities you need and complimentary foods left which was a very nice !A cosy place and spacious !Great hosts recommended a great place to eat locally .Will be returning.

I only stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped property ideally located near the M6, Lake District, Eden Valley and walkable to Penrith town centre. Easy to find and check-in. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Granary Flat just outside Penrith. The flat was beautifully kept, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with plenty of space to relax and get ready for a nearby wedding. The host was really helpful before our arrival, providing lots of useful local information. The peaceful farm setting made it even more special. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t fault our stay! The accommodation was so lovely, bright and airy and spacious. We were 2 couples with 3 dogs and never once felt cramped. The photos don’t even do the place justice it’s such a gorgeous spot and so happy we booked here. Would definitely return. Great location close to some beautiful spots for walks and a short drive to some other beautiful places to visit.
