Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

Thanks to its location in an inner courtyard peace is guaranteed and at the same time the lake and swimming possibilities are only 2 minutes walking distance. The house has a south-facing garden seating area with attractive sunlight and lawn area.

On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. Lake house "BEIJA-FLOR" - Lake Constance cycle path & lakeside

With our vacation home «beija-flor» we have fulfilled our dream of living on the water and André, architect by profession, was finally able to realize our own project. We bought the house in 2023 and then lovingly renovated and with a lot of our own. The name is inspired by our last big trip to Brazil, and it says, “hummingbird,” which kisses the flowers.
