Monthly Rentals in Halifax

I have stayed here a number of times and realky enjoy it. Great place, friendly and welcoming host. Handy for public teansport to Halifax, Ripponden and Huddersfield ( bus stop outside). Some nice local pubs and restaurants and great walks on the doorstep. The place is really cosy, very clean and well appointed. Really comfy bed, great shower. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at John’s over the new year. He was friendly and responsive and we appreciated the added extras of lemon cake (yum!) eggs and bread for breakfast. The home was spotless and cosy and we did not want to leave. We hope to return when the weather is a bit better to enjoy more of the surroundings. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay 😊

We spent just one night here, while walking the Pennine Way, but we’d have liked to stay longer. We loved what Jan had done with such a small space. Although it’s a small underdwelling, it felt amazingly spacious and comfortable. A great location too, on a quiet street but very convenient for shops and places to eat.

Great location especially if you are arriving by train as we were. If you are going to a gig a the Piece Hall this is your 100% perfect accommodation! You are a one minute walk from the venue. Grayston Unity Bar is a 5 mins walk and so friendly and quirky, also a live gig venue with a fab roof terrace. The accommodation is excellent, a lovely place to come home to, squashy carpets, great shower, good wi-fi. Highly recommend.
