We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. Great place to stay with everything I needed. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating.

Lovely place to stay. Recommend Carpenters Arms for food, 10 mins away and Bengal Kitchen Indian in Thirsk. Only slight criticism was no milk, only 3 tea bags, no shower gel etc, very little loo roll or washing up liquid, we had to buy our own. Masses of coffee though!
