We loved this place! Came here for a long weekend and enjoyed the walkability of the area and took advantage of the outdoor balcony. Catherine was responsive and helped with everything we needed! I recommend.

Josh’s place was convenient, clean and well maintained. Josh was a great host. He was just a txt away and checked in to make sure everything was going good! Will definitely go back! Highly recommend!

A friend and I stayed here while visiting other friends who live right down the street in Scott's Addition. The location was incredibly convenient for us (a 3 min walk to our friend's apartment) and we were very centrally located for accessing all the breweries, coffee shops and other fun spots in Scott's Addition. And the apartment itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for travels to Richmond!

Perfect location to walk to VfAM and to dinner, easy to Uber or Lyft downtown or to the Amtrak train station everywhere. Comfy bed, Netflix, coffee!

We had a great time at Rachel’s place - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was even nicer than described and had everything you could need. It’s in a perfect location - we could walk to restaurants, etc. Rachel was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and hope to stay there again next time we are in Richmond.

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s a beautiful home on a lovely street in The Fan, with everything we needed for our stay. Baby items, including a pack and play and booster chair, were provided, which was essential. The unit is beautiful, with plenty of space to spread out. The beds were also very comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Mollie’s place.

Diana and her husband were excellent host. Diana was extremely responsive to all of my inquiries and very kind. Their home was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could need. They are conveniently located (15 mins) to the Henrico Event and Sports Center (which is what we needed) and also Kings Dominion. The hot chocolate, coffee and tea came in handy for our early morning! We will definitely come back again! 😊

This place was the best ! It had everything we needed, the PERFECT location, and free parking is always a plus for the Richmond area. Located in the cutest neighborhood, that offers privacy and a quiet place to sleep. There’s a super cute vintage shop in the same lot that’s worth a visit. It’s also a super short walk to all the other fun shops and restaurants ! David makes sure that the place is spotless, and filled with everything you need. He also offers lots of recommendations, super kind, and responsive which is a major plus. Will always pick this place whenever we’re in town !

We had a great stay at Jewelan's place. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities you need, and in a neighborhood that is both quiet and within walking distance to the livelier parts of the city. Communication with the host was also clear, quick and nice. I absolutely recommend!

The location of this rental is perfect! My husband and I came to Richmond to see a show at the Altria Theater and were happy to find it within walking distance. We walked the VCU campus too and were also happy to find places like Maymont and Carytown just short drives away. The space is small but cozy and I loved the artwork on the walls! We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no issues with parking.

I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness but mostly impressed with the communication with the host. Best air bnb experience I’ve ever had.

We had a great stay here! The location is excellent, easily walkable to VMFA and the shops and restaurants in Carytown and a super quick drive to Maymont. The house is clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. We love visiting Richmond and this is a great place to do it from.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!
