Animals are not allowed in the apartment. In the immediate vicinity are shopping facilities such as Spar and Lidl as well as bus and train stations. It is less than a kilometer to the shores of Lake Constance.

The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation.
