Vacation rentals with a patio in Hastings

This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a weeks stay at this beautiful flat and were all super sad to leave. The views and balcony are incredible, and such an amazing bonus to have. The flat is incredibly well kitted out and very comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Hastings but loads of more local options too. Steven is a fab host, couldn’t ask for better. Helpful, flexible and proactive - this place is a real gem!

Great to find somewhere to relax in, especially in the back garden when it was warm and sunny. Much quieter than I anticipated, as the accommodation is at the back of the property. Note that this is quite a hilly area! Waitrose is a 3 minute walk, so great for food in a hurry! Nice hosts, which makes everything so much nicer!

As we were researching Saint Leonards and the surrounding area for a possible relocation move, Phoebe‘s accommodation was perfect, a five minute walk from the seafront, the local High Street for eating and drinking and parking was plentiful and if you needed a permit for parking between 11 am and 1 pm Phoebe was happy to supply them, that we did not need them. Accommodation is very clean and tidy throughout, the bed is a super king size which is ridiculously comfortable, with plenty of room for a wardrobe, a dresser, bedside cabinets and a storage rack. And still room to live from your suitcase if you wish, like we did 😊 the small courtyard of From the living room/dining room is comfortable enough for breakfast/coffee/tea. The kitchenette is clean and modern with a small fridge freezer, electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and sink drainer, which we found more than adequate for our needs. I would recommend staying here and will certainly return if doing more area research.

Great location in old town. Flat well equipped and comfortable. Alleyway entrance to flat is a bit dirty with bins which is a bit off putting when you arrive however flat more than makes up for it and Jane great host providing recommendations on where to eat. Went to the Crown and enjoyed the food and ambience.

The flat was perfect for our family visit! We used to live in Uckfield and moved 15 years ago. This location was literally within walking distance of our family and friends, as well as loads of restaurants! The flat is beautiful and full of natural light! We traveled with our two teenage boys and this worked perfectly as they each had their own rooms so that they could take time to chill. The hosts have truly thought of everything here... not only is there a full kitchen, but they supply dishes, glasses, mugs and cooking materials! We wanted for nothing during the stay! There were even multiple games available, as well as a list of recommendations for the area! We will happily recommend to all of our friends and will most certainly be back!!

We absolutely adored it here. Pevensey Bay is such a unique and beautiful place, and I'm so pleased we found John's place to be able to enjoy it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed - and also everything the dog needed too! The flat looks onto the very neat and tidy and spacious enclosed garden (so the dog can roam around and not escape), and then you can walk along the side of the house straight onto the beach where there's seating, and where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning looking at the sea. John is super friendly, interesting and attentive - and was really accommodating with us when we booked very last minute and arrived late. We felt right at home and we would love to come back!

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

Highly recommended gem of a place. This is why I started using AirBnB! Geoff was super helpful with loads of info on the place and surroundings. Rye is small so you can walk just about everywhere. Supermarkets and restaurants very nearby and amazing shops. Easy check in and Geoff was flexible with times. And they left is Prosecco, crips and bottled water, something you don’t get at many AiBnB’s. We had an amazing time and felt at home. This will be my first option if we’re in Rye again.

A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a lovely week at Alison's lovely bothy. Very spacious, light. Had everything we needed for our stay. Central to many local sights, locations and gardens - all within 30 minutes drive. Nearby shops and restaurants, pubs.. A great base to explore mid Sussex. Alison and Nigel were great & friendly hosts.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found this gem, especially during a time when I had to move out of my previous rental unexpectedly. Sam & Andy were so kind and flexible, offering me a long-term stay that made all the difference. The apartment itself has been perfect - peaceful, comfortable and exactly what I needed to feel settled and take care of myself during a slightly unsettling period. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon :) Highly recommended!

Came for the Easter weekend and absolutely loved this gorgeous apartment on the St Leonard’s seafront! Apart from the fact it’s beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, it has absolutely everything you’d need for a seaside stay, and much more. The attention to detail - from the welcome letter, local information, and bits & bobs for our dog - is like nothing we’ve experienced in an Air BnB before. To top it off, as it was Easter the hosts laid on a little Easter chocolate hunt for us, which despite being 40 and 44, we very much enjoyed! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we’ll definitely be back if visiting the area in future!

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.
