Unfortunately, we weren’t able to meet either Susan or Amit, but I only mention this because the written communication was so good. Their top floor apartment is very convenient to Edinburgh’s popular sights, very clean, and just the right size for 2-3 people.

Such a stunning place, an absolute gem! The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was really clean and and we all the amenities ine could think of. Never had so many alternatives for making coffee in one place 😄 Piers left a host of recommendations on what to do and where to eat for us as well. If you ever are in the area, this is the place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Dawn’s flat. The location was perfect for us. Quiet but close to Stockbridge and a lovely walk into central Edinburgh. The flat has everything you need for a short break. It’s clean and the bed is v comfortable.

Beautiful flat. Nice and quiet but close to lots of great spots. Hosts were great at communicating and were very friendly. Perfect size for me and my husband to spend some time in Edinburgh. Highly recommend!

Paula and Robbie's place is compact and comfortable with everything needed. It was warm and we lacked for nothing. It was everything that they described and they were wonderful communicators. We would recommend their flat.

Very nice flat. Easy to find. Booked because we had an event to attend nearby. Only a couple of things, parking times are quite restrictive so we left our car out of the area as we wouldn’t have been able to move it during the day. The living room has a nice curtain to keep the light out maybe the bedroom would benefit from this as well as the blinds don’t keep out the light in the early morning. Other than that it was a good A b n B.

We cannot rate this place high enough, fabulous space with great modern kitchen. The location and building are everything you could expect in tbe Edinburgh new town. Host provided a fantastic welcome (with a great welcome pack) and was amazingly helpful. Given half a chance we will be back soon.

Loved this spot!! Super cozy and chill, the large living room was perfect. We did forget about the 4 floors of stairs we needed to take up, and we heard some late night parties going home pretty clearly through the window facing the street. Overall a really great stay!

It was very nice and the check-in was very comfortable!

Fiona was an incredible host, we had an issue leaving something in the house once we’d checked out… Fiona answered the message within a minute and helped to sort the situation with ease. The house is lovely and so much better than the pictures ! A beautiful place and we will be returning !

Right by the royal mile, this apartment was perfect for my sister and I’s stay. Looked just like the pictures and is stunning. Everything is right on your doorstep so the location is amazing. Host is responsive and so friendly. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! Hope to be back & to stay for longer this time!

Really enjoyed our time in Edinburgh in this location. A 25 min walk from Waverley through New Town to get there or a short taxi ride. We planned to go to the bakery opposite, which at the time wasn’t open on Monday or Tuesday and were amazed by a long queue on Wednesday and Thursday mornings before it had even opened. Stockbridge is only a few mins away with some great bars and restaurants and M&S Food and Sainsburys Local if you can’t find what you need in the local store. We caught the bus to Leith which was really easy with the bus stop very near by. The flat was cosy and easy to find and as described.

We had an absolute amazing time in Paul's place!! The view was incredible. Paul was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Charul's apartment and would definitely stay there again! From the moment of booking to departure communication was flawless and we felt very welcome. The apartment was clean, decorated beautifully and we had everything that we could have needed. The apartment is well situated and only a short walk to princes street and Edinburgh Waverley so the perfect location to explore the city.

Spent the night here after a pleasant walk at Hareshaw Linn, it's amazing how close the property is to the car park for the waterfall walk! The hot tub was very private and peaceful, a lovely place to stay and I am planning on staying again some time

Tom was probably one of the best hosts we have had. Really informative and helpful without being over the top. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to respond. Have great information on the area and even offered us a lift! Honestly, cannot fault him. Annexe was beautiful and clean, well maintained. Gorgeous area, lovely local pubs and the hot tub was filled with fresh water. Fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!
