We are 20 mins walk from 3 miles of stunning beaches and sand dunes overlooking St Ives Bay. The house is a recently renovated semi detached cottage with a lounge and kitchen diner downstairs. Upstairs consists of my room and a small but comfortable guest room and bathroom. The guest room has a double bed with a new mattress, TV and a chest of drawers. It overlooks the rear garden. The lounge has a log burner which is great for the winter. The bathroom is in immaculate condition.
“Staying with Anna was lovely! She's very warm and welcoming, as well as Ziggy the labrador, who would come and say hi as soon as we'd get back every day. Anna had lots of interesting things to say, and it felt like we weren't simply guests, but she was sharing her house with us. Also, the location is lovely, and the house has everything you could need, so it was very cosy to stay there. We're happy we went there, as it was a great experience!”
Sunny spacious 1 bed annex with own bathroom and kitchenette in quiet road in Hayle, St Ives Bay. You will have sole use of the self-contained annex, which is below our family home, with your own front door. The annex is located within a mile of the golden stretch of Hayle Beach, which is great for surfing, wind-surfing, walking and general beach fun. Hayle has good amenities - local shops, supermarkets and eating places. Also has good links to other towns, e,g, St Ives and Carbis Bay.
“Claire’s place was brilliant! Me and my girlfriend stayed for 5 days and we couldn’t be happier! The apartment is on a lovely quiet residential road but very close to the main road in Hayle with all the shops. The apartment was very clean and had a lovely modern look! Check in was simple and easy and Claire and her husband were on hand to help went we needed it (like when we managed to set off the smoke alarm making bacon, SORRY!!). Hayle is a lovely town with great culture! Amazing takeaways and bars (salt kitchen was a lovely bar that does great food). Also really close to Lidl and Asda which have great food for if you want to eat in some nights. Only a 20/25 minute drive to st ives and it was really easy! Also only 10 minutes in the car away from the end of Hayle beach which is a lovely day out with an amazing cafe at the top before walking the beach and back again! Definitely was an amazing week away and we will be back in the future. Claire’s place provides the perfect location close to all the attractions whilst being a perfect place to relax when staying in!”

“Our booking was arranged by Joi on behalf of Carole and Maurice who are the owners. The booking process was very swift and positive. On arrival, we were met and shown around the accommodation by the owners who were wonderful hosts- very friendly and considerate. Carole and Maurice live above the apartment, but having made us familiar with the necessaries, they left us to our own devices, with the offer to contact them if any issues arose. They also provided a number of items as a welcome. The accommodation is very clean and presentable and we found it very comfortable . The apartment has its own private entrance and a parking space is available to the rear. It is in a quiet location yet very close to a large supermarket, the bus stop and the train station. We had a very enjoyable stay and we hope to rent the apartment again at some stage in the future.”
