“Such a cosy little place in a lovely area, perfect for a weekend getaway. The Little House Annex was sparkling clean and completely exceeded my expectations, absolutely loved the feather pillows! Although we didnt see Rachel, her response time was brilliant when messaged and she was so helpful. Will definitely make this our number one choice if we return to the area. Thanks for a great stay!”
My home is a detached house located on the edge of the old market town of Helston, described as the gateway town to the Lizard peninsula with it’s beautiful beaches and stunning scenery. My home is a 10 min walk to town and ten minute drive to our nearest beaches. The guest bedroom overlooks my lush garden, has its own adjacent private bathroom with overhead shower and bath. Breakfast is tea and coffee, toast , cereal and fruit which guests can eat in their room or in my kitchen diner.
“Everything as described plus the unique hospitality of Suzanne! What an amazing lady! The place is lovely and cozy in a good location and with delicious toasts for breakfast (or cereal to choose from). Beautiful room with everything you could want (kettle, coffee, tea, mineral water, cookie). And there is a private bathroom. Suzanne gave us many tips for sightseeing and she has prepared a special book with various interesting informations about places worth visiting! Thank you! Hope to be back again!”
I have a lovely bright, airy single room on the first floor. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room and I don't mind if you want to use the kitchen to prepare meals. There is parking on the drive and on the road and a garden with a small decking area which can be enjoyed. The neighbourhood is very peaceful with a path running down the side of the house which leads to the Cober river. The historic town of Helston is a short walk away.
“Christine's place is really homely and super comfy. Christine was very prompt in responses. She came to pick me up when I arrived in Helston, and we went for fish n chips before heading to her house ! Once there, everything was provided, right down to some slippers, along with a comfy bed, bath, tea n coffee etc. Couldn't have wished for more! I would thoroughly recommend Christine's place for good value, convenience, friendliness and comfort. And the cat is friendly too :)”
