Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. Harpenden has all the local amenities you expect, including coffee shops, independent shops and great restaurants. London Luton Airport is only a 10 minute car journey away.

Barn Cottage is within easy reach of the market town of Saffron Walden, the historic Audley End Estate and Cambridge . It is comfortable in all seasons having underfloor heating and electric radiators . You have everything you need for a short or long stay. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

The Garden Room is a separate annexe in the grounds of our listed thatched cottage in Great Chishill. There is parking, private garden and hot tub. The accommodation comprises a large bedroom/sitting room with a Super King size bed, dining table, and a large bathroom. The kitchen area has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a small bench top hot plate and pan but NO cooker. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is an Electric Vehicle charging point
