We chanced upon Rebecca and Lee’s place at the very last minute but what a lovely find it turned out to be. They were both really kind and welcoming, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a delightful one, even though we booked at extremely short notice. We had such an enjoyable time in the house, and especially loved the living room with its dreamy fairy lights and little extras that make the place feel like a home away from home. It’s even more charming than pictured and we’re really glad to have been able to spend New Year’s in such a tranquil and meditative space. Thanks for having us, Lee and Rebecca :)

"I recently stayed at Joya's property with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a perfect home away from home. Joya was an exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The entire family enjoyed the amenities, especially the kids who had a great time playing ping pong and using the outdoor jacuzzi. Everyone also appreciated the well-equipped gym. The location was ideal, and Joya’s thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Joya’s place and would definitely return. Excellent place to explore. The house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. Host was responsive. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was a wonderful place to cook. A very peaceful neighbourhood. A 5 star rating and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely lovely stay at this location. Leor was very friendly and the whole check in, check out and general stay was very smooth. Such a cosy annex, definitely great for young couples! Would definitely recommend to people looking to explore London as it is close to the Edgware high road and station, which is easy access to the northern line.

Our stay at the cottage was so, so lovely. Ali and Graeme were wonderful, helpful and kind hosts - particularly as I was unwell during my stay. Ali made us feel so welcome, and Graeme was extra helpful with the projector setup and ensuring we had enough firewood. The place was lovely (and spotless) with peaceful views over the cute field and easy access to the surrounding countryside. We can’t wait to come again, it was the perfect spot to relax, watch some good films and enjoy the peace.

Lijun's house was the perfect base for a family wedding. It is extremely comfortable, immaculately clean and has every possible item that you may need. I was comfortably relaxed in Nicholas's cosy apartment . He provided everything needed for a pleasant stay and even contacted me to say I could check in early if I wanted which was useful . The bed was firm just how I like it ,and the tower fan in the heat was very much appreciated. He was always fast to respond if I had questions .

Difficult to find as Levan hadn't put the name of the house on any instructions or the booking & there are no pictures of the house from the front outside so we couldn't tell which house it was! But we rang Levan & he came straight out to find us. He was very friendly & helpful. The house had everything we needed & the hot tub & bbq were set up for us. Bathrooms were lovely & clean. The house was quite tatty in places but comfortable & well equipped. Nature watching in the garden is great- birds, bats, dragonflies, butterflies But if you are noise sensitive there are loud trains running throughout the night & a claxon that goes throughout the day announcing the trains we assumed. We would stay again as it's a lovely spacious property. Would just benefit with a bit of love 😊

It was amazing place with two cats whom my kid adored...Yam kept his property to high standard and its have well connected underground serive to central.....will definitely use this property when we will be in London!
