The house is absolutely precious, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with a Tesco just around the corner and the railway station within walking distance. It's the perfect base for exploring the area, and Melanie's thoughtful recommendations were spot on. Melanie is an exceptional host - friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring her guests have a wonderful stay. Her attention to detail and kindness made all the difference to our trip. Lovely place to stay, beautiful decor, peaceful surroundings, which made for a great nights sleep. Good for parking and Simin was a great host. We would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

Fabulous location - easy to walk to the main town centre with plenty of fantastic shops and restaurants as well as the train station to go into London. The apartment was wonderful to stay in, very comfortable and with everything needed. The host provided exceptional service, always so friendly and helpful and going above and beyond. We are truly grateful for everything and highly recommend this place to stay if you’re looking around this location.

An excellent accommodation. Hayley offers a wonderful place to stay, I booked the apartment for my mum & aunty and they really enjoyed their time here. Very homely place with everything you need plus more. Fabulous bath, comfortable furniture, and fantastic location close to the train station. Great, and well appointed ground floor flat. Parking space was literally a few yards away. A peaceful neighbourhood. Fixtures and fittings all good quality and we had everything we needed. Loved the huge TV on the wall! Check in and out was easy with a key safe. The only task was to put the rubbish in the communal dustbin which was next to the parking space so no bother. We stayed there to break up the journey to Harry Potter Film Tour in Watford which was a short drive away. Thank you for letting us stay!

We booked as a business and Joshua was the first host to really work with us. He helped us during an emergency situation of having to decant our customers and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Wonderful accommodation, in a beautiful location right next to the river , great for birdwatching. There are lovely walks right from the gate, and good pubs in Sarratt. Sarah and Jon are great hosts and had the hot tub ready for arrival. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful cottage style house very homely with lots of personal expression in the decor and personal effects (instruments and furnishings) Very spacious both inside and outside. Close enough to Milton Keynes for our event and close to surrounding towns but very quiet residential area with quaint little strip of shops and a post office. Was ideal stay for our purposes at a time where all accommodation was high it was fairly priced although I did mention it was not most ideal price but when you get there and see that your in their home and protecting their space it is clear why it’s priced as such. This is a stay that will feel like you’re in someone’s home, however, the communication and instructions allow you to feel at ease and welcome. Neighbours seemed lovely and friendly and the cat was a welcomed visitor. Cannot fault the property or its amenities at all would love to stay again
