A nice place to stay very close to London City center by train, by bus... in an interesting borough with a personal identity and some amenities to visit around. Kathleen's place is nice, comfortable, have already been twice and won't be my last time

Lovely hotel! Ideal place to stay if you’re in the area. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Room was really comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great value too. Will definitely be returning.

I loved my stay at Kathleen’s. Located right next to the town centre, would mean you get to shop. At the hotel, the bathroom/Shower is clean. In fact everywhere is clean. There isn’t one place or corner you’d find a spot of dust, the cleaner comes by every morning, cleans every morning. Your privacy’s respected. You aren’t bothered, the room temperature is always adequate, It’s warm always warm, even if the heaters are off the place is always warm. I enjoyed my stay because I was never cold always content but lastly comfortable!! the mattresses- the best 👌🏼. Breakfast every morning. What’s not to have? Prices are valuable. I would book to stay again and do recommend. NB The bath tubs big (they don’t make those kind baths anymore). ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only 5Min from hitchin train station. Easy to check in. Room clean and good size. Arron very lovely, helpful. Bathroom so big and clean. Kitchen have all the thing you need. Even share space but I feel so privacy in apartment. I don't mind about noise from pub downstair. It not too loud. Wonderful stay in albert inn and Hitchin.

This was my second stay. I visit family who do not have a spare room and this airbnb room just 100 metres from their house is perfect. It is clean, warm and comfortable.
