The building itself is a part of Glasgow’s history,completed in 1845 and designed by one of Glasgow’s most celebrated architects, Alexander’Greek’Thompson and is part of Glasgow’s Heritage Trail.

Our attic flat has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a small family e.g 2 adults & an infant. The blonde sandstone, category A listed townhouse is around 150 years old. There are about 72 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 21 step spiral stair at the end) and there isn’t a lift. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are about 100yds away.

Charming Victorian Period flat, with designer features but all the modern comforts of a home from home.Sleeps up to seven, with 3 double beds in 3 rooms, plus a sofabed in sitting room. Two bathrooms, one off the hall, plus ensuite shower room in master bedroom. No lift (as with all Victorian flats in Glasgow), but only one flight up, and stairs are wide, shallow with a handrail. There is a smart TV in the living room. wifi is fastest available.Hairdryer in every bedroom.

The Wee Flat

The Wee Flat is in a fantastic location in Glasgow’s Kelvinbridge area, with an entrance to Kelvingrove park facing you as you exit the flat. Kelvinbridge subway is right next door and is only 6 minutes to central Glasgow. But don’t worry, you can’t hear the subway at all! Nearby amenities offer an embarrassment of riches with many of the best restaurants, pubs, cafes and bakeries within a two minute walk. You’ll be spoilt for choice when choosing dinner out!
