Vacation rentals with a patio in Iffendic

The accommodation is very small and is in a huge, very narrow subdivision...

I was delighted with Benjamin's place. We rented it to do a concert in Rennes.

Superb apartment with all the necessities, in the heart of downtown Binic, everything was perfect!

We had a great stay. We primarily chose it because of the convenience of free private parking under the building which was very convenient, but also found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. It was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rennes and there is a nearby pharmacy, grocery store and plenty of other shops too. It is also very close to the Musée de Bretagne and library which was great for our young son. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in the kitchen too.

A very nice functional accommodation (including professionally), pleasant and well placed geographically, with all the amenities you need inside and in very good condition, a wooded balcony, a very convenient and secure location for the vehicle. The most, this bouquet of spring flowers upon arrival! And a few fresh eggs!! It was a real pleasure to meet Pascal and Marie-Claire, very attentive hosts. A big thank you for their welcome and the pleasure of coming back to this accommodation or just having a coffee, if passing by. Obvious recommendation!

Florian's place is very well located, in the center of Janzé near shops; creperie right in front of the apartment, bookstore...etc. the description of the accommodation is as advertised and photos. Perfect accommodation, very clean. The accommodation is very cozy and quiet. The hot tub is a real plus for a good romantic relaxation. The only point but I would not say negative because it depends on people but for us the mattress is too firm. otherwise nothing to repeat we will surely come back. again emrci.

We had a nice stay at My Chau's. The accommodation is well located, well-equipped and full of practical touches. My Chau is very clear in her descriptions. Everything is great, except maybe the floor upstairs, very noisy at every step. Apart from this detail, a home with no false rating. Thank you My Chau

We loved everything whether it was the place, the location, the calm, even the sunny weather, and especially the kindness of the hosts. We've been enjoying the apartment for a few days and everything was perfect. The location, cleanliness and the house in general. We would definitely repeat it.

Accommodation easy to find. Parking place right in front. The accommodation is as described: tastefully decorated, very quiet. The terrace is a plus. Very clean, spacious enough for two. We appreciated that the living/kitchen and bedroom areas are separate. The accommodation is quite close by car to Rennes. Thanks to the advice of frederic we parked at the p+r and took the metro, great! Frédéric is pleasant and friendly, we would recommend and will come back without hesitation🙂

Stay in a very pleasant place, outdoor setting with beautiful garden, quiet and relaxing, well arranged and well organized accommodation, there is what it takes.

We were warmly welcomed by Anne and given a tour of the cottage. She is very helpful and immediately available for questions. Everything perfectly clean, new and stylishly furnished with very good taste. The property is completely closed with walls and fence. Perfect for our boys to play. We would like to thank you very much for an unforgettable stay and look forward to coming back next year.

A perfect stay at Lucie's Lucie is responsive The accommodation is close to all services with magnificent ocean views. There's nothing lacking in the space. Personally, it was a good fit for us. I would highly recommend Thank you Lucie

very good quality apartment, very clean. Very nice pool but the accommodation is very secluded, there is nothing around and there is a network problem.

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back
