The house "Coquillette" is located in the heart of the commune of Saint Martin, a short walk from its port, its market and restaurants, and its shopping streets. You will discover as you venture into rue Mérindot, a flowery street with typical Rétais charm. Former restaurant "Le pot de Vinière" until 1955 the house became family since that date. Owners, eager to retain the outdated charm of this authentic home was completely renovated in 2021

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
