Vacation rentals with a kayak in Brazil

The place of is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a background to the lagoon with private access. Well broad and organized, complete with all announced amenities. The BBQ site is a little away from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the announcement. 1 - Common area is shared with other lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these double beds. That is, they are two double beds in each room. But none of this takes away the comfort of the house and the quiet of the place. It was a great stay and I intend to return.

The place is wonderful, a tranquility without explanation, perfect for resting and relaxing. I managed to fish in the lake and it was a lot of fun. The waterfall is very beautiful, I just didn't get in because I can't swim, and the pools are also great with water at a great temperature, I just found a little slippery to get in and out of the pool. The jacuzzi is also great with warm waters. The experience is worth a lot, we will definitely be back.

In the 9 years that I am an Airbnb user there has never been such a nice reception as the one I had at Camila's hosting! It really felt good!

I really liked the house as it is spacious. There are 3 suites on the second floor and 1 suite in the first. The kitchen is complete, it has everything and we hired the housekeeper. The condominium has everything, swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket. We hired a boat tour and left the pier of the house and the condominium has a marina. The owner of the house is very friendly. I want to come back more often.

It was a great stay,everything as the photos showed us. Very beautiful and pleasant place.Casa super clean,with the help of Dona Dilma,who by the way was a great person these days.For rainy days,but nothing that would disturb us, we will surely return

Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

They attended us very well, the house is very nice and well equipped. It's half a block from the sea, super recommended!

Mr. Mario and Dona Loziane are formidable people, they made us super comfortable, gave tips of the places, their space is great and super cozy, we will definitely return to enjoy all the infra of the condominium with our little one. Super we recommend this place. Abraços and thank you.

We booked for a family weekend. We were made to feel very welcome, the owners were extremely attentive and gave us all the support. The house is simply charming, has plenty of green area and an extraordinary dam. All external and internal environments are impeccable that invite us to appreciate nature. We left out of there wanting to go back. The moments we spent will be recorded in our memories so great was the harmony and peace we had together….. We just have to thank Regina and Kiko!

I miss the dogs (two of the dogs that live with the people who take care of the property in a separate home spent a lot of time with us and were so cute, made the trip so much more special)! Rent a car - will be MUCH easier than Uber. Travel by day as there are no lights on the streets/signal for your phone is weak, but once you arrive you’ll be living in paradise. You have complete privacy in the most beautiful home - equipped with everything you need. A super comfortable place to disconnect. They delivered delicious bread for us to enjoy too. Thanks for the experience. Highly recommended.

The Caledonia Waterfalls site is even more beautiful in person than it looks from the photos of the listing! A reserved place, surrounded by nature, with a privileged view and several options of trails, waterfalls and other activities within the property. Some features, such as the sauna, rely on prior communication to match the host's availability, but overall we're comfortable exploring and taking advantage of what the space has to offer. The lofts have no fan or air conditioning, so in the heat it can be interesting to take... but in general the cool mountain climate favors the use of indoor fireplaces especially at night, which are extremely safe and comforting. The windows facing the viewpoint positioned towards the sunrise are a separate show. Everything in our stay was amazing, the worst part was to leave, and I look forward to returning to explore what did not take the first time!

The house is safe, comfortable and with easy access to the dam. As the house is all surrounded we are quiet with our little yourkshire who also had a lot of fun. The concierge staff were super friendly and helpful. About Midori there are no words to thank her. She gave all the necessary information before the trip and still answered our questions super quickly. the garden of the house is super well taken care of and the pool is delicious. We will return as soon as possible.

Guilherme and his wife were very attentive and kind. The house is very cozy and met our needs well. It was neat and clean. It has a portable barbecue area and grills that we use to make a barbecue on the balcony. A delight! The view to nature brings a lot of peace. Even a squirrel appeared on the tree in front of the balcony!! It was a very pleasant experience.

It is the ideal place for those who love to be outdoors, whether to walk, meditate or simply relax. In addition, the house is very well-equipped, with all the necessary items to ensure a comfortable stay and a barbecue corner in the sound of the little river and with a visit from the curious monkeys. We were positively surprised by the stay! The house is extremely cozy, well organized and prepared with a lot of whim. The location is excellent: in less than 5 minutes, we arrive at the main beaches of Penha and Balneário Piçarras, but at the same time, the atmosphere is quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for resting. Jhonatan was very attentive, and every detail of the space reflects his care. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!

One of the best listings I've booked here on airbnb! The chalet is impeccable, when we entered everything was smelly, clean and tidy. The mattresses are firm and soft, bed linen are comfortable, the towels are thick, everything of great quality. The kitchen is super well equipped with everything we need to cook at will. The view is incredible and even more beautiful than in the pictures! Surrounded by the trees and the dam, perfect place to rest on the net to the sound of nature or to go for a swim and kayak. We found the very high level structure! And the gentleness of Fabi and her family is a separate chapter. Much loved, helpful, caring for our pets and always worried about whether we are taking advantage of or needing anything. We were lent an ingredient in the middle of the night, gave us a delicious little cache and gave us a thousand indications of what to do in the city. We love too much, we recommend it for everyone, especially if they have children or pets. We'll definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️
