It has three cozy bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a bright living-dining area with a natural view, a guest toilet and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine invites you to a relaxed start to the day – preferably with coffee on the terrace. The large, quiet and fenced garden (for shared use) is ideal for children and up to three dogs. Just a few steps from Lake Constance, you can jump directly into the water in the morning and get fresh rolls for breakfast. Walks through apple orchards, hikes to the Bodman ruins and relaxing hours in the garden make your stay perfect.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40–60 minutes.

The perfect vacation for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful, and you can find time here for all the things that are important to you. Natural beach. The beach is outside my private property (below the wall). Looking out the window, you can see across the park to the lake. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

The house is a non-smoking house. You can smoke outside. The picture does not always show the room you get. There are books in the rooms, you have a bed, a table, chairs, a shelf, towels and the bed is freshly made. The entrance to the house can be found when you go in where there is a showcase on one side and a sign "The Christian Community" on the other. The purple door is the wrong one.
