This large, friendly apartment offers plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay. From here you can walk or cycle immediately into the countryside, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. The bakery, bus stop and train station are only a 3-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the lake shore and is available to our guests again after our own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. The soccer field and playground are just around the corner. We have a beautiful view of the Rhine Valley.
