Ronja was always available and took care of it quickly. For example, the light in the bathroom was broken, she changed it. A blind didn't let down, again she took care of repair quickly. Upon request, we got a toaster and economy peeler. The hot tub didn't seem to be ready to use yet. The stovetops are sufficient, but the touchpad no longer responds well, also the oven takes a long time to heat up. The house was very nice. The view, fantastic, especially in the evening, as the mountains slowly disappear in the dark, very nice panorama. The garden is also very large and offers a lot of opportunity to move around. Our kids had a lot of fun. He also offered beautiful hiding places for the Easter nests. Ronja was very attentive and prepared 5 Easter nests for our children.

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the accommodation with 8 people. The house is very nice. Sauna and jacuzzi are very nice to see in the photos. The houses are a bit out of the way. To reach the ski lift and the supermarket you need a car. It was also convenient that you can get buns delivered. An additional 15€ per person will be charged for the bed linen and towels. We couldn't see this from the advertisement. Everything was clean and modern.

Superb housing in a very convenient location, with an incredible view of the mountains. The house was spotless, perfectly prepared when we arrived, and very well maintained. Everything was in line with the description. Communication with Julian was very smooth and efficient; everybody was very helpful. We can only recommend it.

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

We had a lovely time. We were able to really switch off and relax. The location is very quiet and nice and the house was clean. You have everything you need to cook. Ute is very friendly and nice and greeted us personally and explained and showed everything. We will recommend it and will definitely be back.

We would have given everything 5 stars if it were not for a series of small details: it was not clear from the photos that it was a single room, that is, a studio. There are no window blinds but only clear curtains, so the light comes in in the morning. Someone may be annoying, it would be best to notify you. The fridge is noisy. During the night, when you get on a motorcycle, you can see if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, everything is great. Quiet area. Garden with barbecue and parking space. The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable bed and sofa bed and we also had a gift from the host. If there is an opportunity, we would definitely come back. Thank you Borut!

The Apartment was super!! I cannot find any words to describe better all the confort and the wonderful garden. Also the Mountain View is amaizing! The host was friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing plenty of room to relax. The highlight was the stunning mountain views, which added a magical touch to our stay.

We stayed at this property for a week as a family. It is large, rustic house with many bedrooms and cozy flair through the wood stove. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking for many people. The living area has a small couch for 2-3 people, so as a large group you are more likely to stay at the dining table. For children, the farm is an absolute dream, as there is a lot to discover, an old barn with hay balls, cats, chickens and a former cowshed. There are many hiking trails in the area, right next door is a forest. Highly recommended accommodation for families with children seeking tranquility and relaxation.

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

Beautiful property w/great views of the mountains in a perfect Alpine setting. Hosts were great and extremely friendly! Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We’ve had the opportunity to stay again at Angelica’s place for the 3rd time now, very recommended!! Great place to stay with a larger group, about 20 minutes by car from the Schladming ski resort.

Very friendly host, nice, clean and spacious neighborhood with garden. Very quiet environment, ideal for children and dogs! We were greeted with homemade cake. Questions and problems were answered and resolved promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful ski week! Thanks!

A very good place as a base for skiing (10 minutes to 4-Berg ski area). Very comfortable and cozy house with renovated sauna and bath stuff in basement. Overall great price/accommodation relation!

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz.
