Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Iowa City

The building itself was a beautifully aged cozy little place across from the hospital and right near the Masonic Museum. The place was very homey and clean, and Tim was super helpful with the process and readily available throughout my entire stay, I’ll definitely be back.

Staying with Richard and Tim was perfect for my friend and I. The apartment was very clean and felt like staying in a home, I really liked the decor of the building. We really appreciated being the first room on the first floor, made getting in less of a hassle, also a pretty view of the pool and rose garden. They supplied a snack bin and plenty of coffee for the weekend. I loved the little touch of having a guest book, but we didn't have a pen or pencil to add to it, as well as a binder of places to go see or eat eat, and a history of the building. Loved the full gym! Only downside is the building is located near firestations and hospitals so we heard a decent amount of sirens, but not so bad to drive us crazy. All in all, good price and would stay again.

What a fantastic property. I was on the area on business and the home was a perfect place to return too every night. I won't hesitate to return in the future. On top of that communication was top notch.

The accommodation was beautifully designed and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay.

House was a little tight for our group of 7 (small rooms & just one bathroom). But it overall served our needs, the location was perfect, great price, and the hosts couldn't have been nicer.

Had a great stay and absolutely fell in love with the kitchen!
