This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Nice to meet you!This house is a renovation of my grandfather's villa.Right in front of the sea, enjoy! Locations are the best! Beautiful beach in front of you!There is a town swimming pool right next door.It is OK to expand the vinyl pool in the garden and parking lot!(I did that when I was little!) 10 minutes walk from the station.Both supermarkets and convenience stores are conveniently located a 7-minute walk away. BBQ Grills, tables and chairs are available free of charge.Please provide charcoal, nets, ingredients, and seasonings.BBQ is available until 20:00.Please be considerate of the neighbors. Large screen I installed a 100 inch screen.It also serves as a TV.You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video.If you connect the game with HDMI, you can do it with a big screen. Either way, it's on loan! It is a private accommodation, so please enjoy it relaxingly.Because we have renovated a villa before the war, there may be some inconveniences (such as insects and sand).Also, it is not suitable for those who want to have a big noise or party with a large number of people.Thank you for your understanding.

We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time. Once again, I wanted to make it a place full of smiles like I did in those days, and I've gotten my hands a little bit. Now, there is also high-speed fiber optic wifi and a sauna, making it a relaxing space for families, couples, and friends. One of the charms of the house is that the cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. For those who want to enjoy seaside quiet time, this is the perfect location.
