This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time. Once again, I wanted to make it a place full of smiles like I did in those days, and I've gotten my hands a little bit. Now, there is also high-speed fiber optic wifi and a sauna, making it a relaxing space for families, couples, and friends. One of the charms of the house is that the cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. For those who want to enjoy seaside quiet time, this is the perfect location. This is a Showa-era house in the countryside near Tsurigasaki Beach, close to Taitokai Beach in Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture. Please come by car or take a taxi from Daito Station. You can barbecue in the yard and it is well equipped. The garden is also a large property, so you can stay with your pets. Taitokai Beach, Yoro Valley, and Onjuku Coast are also nearby. It is a great place to stay in the summer. Usually it can accommodate up to 8 people, but from July to mid-September, it can accommodate up to 10 people. 10% off for 7 nights or more 40% off for 28 nights or more

Grandma's House

Imagine a slower, simpler, more serene place and time. A place set between emerald green rice fields and an endless sandy beach. An unhurried time of the past, when family and friends sat, talked, ate and drank on traditional tatami, or under the stars, with the faint sound of waves crashing rhythmically in the background. This is what you’ll find at Grandma’s House, a tastefully preserved mid-twentieth century cottage five minutes on foot from Toyoumi Beach in Kujukuri town.

A calm Asian taste home located 180 meters to Surf Point Higashi-Nanami Coast. The floor on the first floor is made of concrete, so you can stay in your shoes.
