From Kansai Airport, I am there in just 15 min.We rent out the entire mansion (old house) of a genuine Japanese traditional merchant.Oil is the name of our house. It's not just a guest house, but just your family and friends, and enjoy a relaxing trip to Japan without worrying about other groups. This inn is also popular with people who are interested in traditional Japanese culture or enthusiasts of anime such as Ganjing Blade and Naruto.It is an old house, but everything has been renovated so that guests can have a comfortable stay. It can be used extensively for families and groups of one to 10 people.(The price will not change for up to 3 people) [Best hospitality not found in other guesthouses] The living room with a converted rice warehouse has a large 60-inch TV (you can watch Netflix, etc.) and a massage chair, so all guests can relax. There are also toys for children, so please use it as a playroom as well. [For long-term stays] Desk, chairs and whiteboards are provided.It can also be used as a working space.We also provide discount plans for long term stays of 30 days or more.

Located on the 2nd floor of a house on a quiet street. No place to smoke. Loud footsteps and voices can bother people downstairs. Please be quiet after 8pm. If you have a toddler or returning home after 10pm often, please book the 1st floor or a hotel. You have your own bathroom, kichenette with induction cooker, deep pan, knife etc, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, washer, laundry rack, vacuum, wiper mop, humidifier. Please bring suitcases light enough to carry up the stairs by yourself.

The house is 5 minutes from Hineno station which is 2 stops from the airport, 40 minutes to Tennoji or 55 minutes from Umeda, 1hr 56 min from Shirahama- all on the JR line. You are reserving the whole house. AEON shopping mall is across the road! Families are welcome, we have some toys for kids to play with. There is a TV in the living room All kitchen amenities are available (utensils, pots/pans, plates) and an oven!

際立った特徴はありませんが自分なりにデザインしました。南海本線　関西空港駅から電車で約２０分、最寄り駅　井原里から歩いて約５分です。当方、駐車場はございません。お手数ですが、最寄り駅の井原里駅北側の有料駐車場をご利用ください。 *It's not that unique like other listings but I furnished the apartment by my own taste. Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Please park your car in the coin-parking located north part of Iharanosato station.
