Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The back porch has a fantastic view of Charleston harbor. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and also to beaches. Private dock, kayaks, bicycles (not fancy) and the possibility, weather and tides permitting, of a motorboat ride around the harbor. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on Johns Island. . This cottage is located on 30 acres next to a lake. Trophy Lakes is on the other side of the tree line. Have great bond fires at night, see the stars, and enjoy the sounds of the night. The grand oaks on the property are spectacular. Only 5 minutes from the Angle Oak Tree, 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, and 15 minutes to Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Have fun exploring the property. Very close to many restaurants.

This new cottage is in a serene setting with plenty of room to roam. .There is a great porch for rocking and viewing the birds or throwing a fishing line in. The kitchen is spacious if cooking is your thing and equipped with a gas grill. If you prefer, you can walk down the dock to chill on the creek. We are close to downtown, beaches, plantations! You will also be close to the many bars and restaurants Johns Island has to offer. Best of all we are a handicap friendly accommodation!
