The description of “belle vista” is accurate! The view of Mount Mitchell was beautiful from the big porch. The A frame was a unique house style that was fun to experience and the surroundings were super peaceful and quiet. Alicia was helpful with questions and swift to respond. A great spring break stay.

Carl's place was absolutely wonderful. it was so peaceful and we felt right at home. Carl and his son were both there to welcome us upon arrival and make sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was in the healing process from being hit by a car and they wanted to make him comfortable first and foremost and sent him some food and even came to check on him later that night. We wanted to extend our stay but it wasn't possible due to previous bookings but we will definitely stay again soon.

We recently stayed at the Rambo house before taking off on a section hike, and it was a fantastic experience. The house itself is great, offering comfortable accommodations and a nice facility that made our stay enjoyable. Its location is perfect, with easy access to Damascus , allowing us to explore the area effortlessly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

We stayed at the lake for my son’s 16th birthday. It was a beautiful setting along with a great space to be with family.

We were in the area for a funeral, Daniel was quick to approve our reservations. His welcome packet was amazing! Everything was laid out and the directions and requirements were clear and precise. Daniel was also quick to respond to any questions that we had. I hope to come back for a longer stay in the future to enjoy the amenities in the area. We absolutely enjoyed the beauty of the creek on the back of the property! My mom enjoyed a little peace and quiet in the hammock, just what the doctor ordered! Beds are so comfortable, I think I’m going to have to order some of the sheets they use, I fell in love with them.

It was really enjoyable stay. Very easy to find, very clean and well supplied. Stores and restaurants were less than 15 minutes away if anything was needed. Any questions Melina was quick to respond. We highly recommend any properties Melina is host of. Definitely a Super host.

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

Melissa's place is worth every penny. It is clear that care has gone into this place and it is very modern and clean with a great backyard and all the necessary amenities. Great location as well and very peaceful.

Amy was a great host. Her apartment was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Great place to stay and very quiet. It had everything I needed. Clear check-in instructions, and it was easy to come and go without the host needing to be there. Very clean! I will stay there again when in town.

Micah’s house was wonderful, house was clean and well kept! Lots to do in the surrounding areas if you like shopping or hiking! Will definitely be back sometime!

Great location to hit the AT. Great hospitality and his wife makes THE BEST cookies! Great place to stay if you are on the trail or just in the area on vacation.

Very happy to find such a great place to stay in Beech Mountain! Everything was just what you want for a trip: clear directions, helpful area details, easy and efficient check-in and place was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We had a girls trip of 9 who stayed in Bristol at Bethany’s amazing loft. The place was perfect! So much space for everyone. The open concept of the main living and kitchen areas was perfect. We especially loved the porch with several different sitting areas where individual groups could gather to chat. With 9 ladies, of course we used them all, lol. One other great feature for a large group is all the bathrooms. Even when we were all getting ready for the day, we had plenty of space to shower and get ready without feeling hurried. Thanks so much to Bethany who has thought if everything for a perfect stay. We all decided this is a place we would love to book again!

Romer & Carolina are amazing hosts! Very responsive and helpful! The place was prefect for me. Its so beautiful around there. Love it! Thank y’all for being great hosts and letting me stay in your cute little apartment. Will definitely recommend them and will stay anytime I’m in Spruce Pine.

very cute place by the river. very quiet, place had all the basic needs. upstairs loft was so nice for sleeping. all around great place for a quiet weekend or weekend of fishing.

We had a great time here!! A beautiful little cabin with all the amenities needed for a stay. Very responsive host and friendly. Loved having a private hot tub surrounded by trees to relax in and a great spot to view some stars. We dined for breakfast at Louise’s Famous Rockhouse right down the street and highly highly recommend. Best biscuits ever had! We loved our visit to Newland!

The Chicken Coop Cabin was very comfortable. Brenda really thought of everything and even supplied some great snacks! The bed was super comfortable. I hope to come to the area again and hopefully get to ride some of the awesome bike trails.

Chris and I absolutely loved this location and cabin! It was peaceful, private, easy to get to (even if the first drive up the mountain side startled me a little - glad Chris was driving.) The jacuzzi overlooking the mountain side, and the neighbor's lights at night, was a cherry on top experience. We felt like we were in a tree fort. The cabin was super spacious and cozy. I loved being able to cook several good meals here and feel right at home. We will be making this our Seven Devils cabin when ever we come back, which will be more to come. Love it here!

Beautiful surroundings, a creek rushing by and plenty of decks to appreciate it! We wanted for nothing with plenty of linens and a full kitchen. Tread carefully on the rocky, uneven walk to the hot tub, especially if it's wet!

Our stay in this little piece of paradise was so peaceful and serene. The gorgeous view of the river, the sounds of nature around us, the privacy, the incredible amount of work they put into this cabin after the devastation of a flood of the century was simply stunning. We wished we could’ve stayed longer and will come back here again. Friends and family will definitely hear about this place and it will come highly recommended. This place was very well kept, clean, comfortable and has plenty of opportunities for adventure. Kim was very responsive and very helpful with suggestions and making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

My husband, 2 dogs and I throughly enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere to relax for a weekend and this place was it. Beautiful landscaping and general setting nestled deep in a holler. It was so peaceful and full of wildlife. They truly have a little slice of heaven.

Absolutely great place to stay! Cozy, beautiful area. Can’t go wrong staying here and relaxing!
