Very friendly and diligent host. Ideal for small children. It was very clean and pleasant. The property is very versatile and the sauna (even if we only had time once) is wonderful. Host was immediately available with response in case of problems, which was an extraordinary performance, friendly, helpful, accommodating.

Our family had a delightful vacation stay at this place. The spacious bedrooms, large living area, and well-equipped kitchen provided comfort and convenience. Very clean and well organized place. Additionally, the hassle-free check-in and checkout process, along with prompt responses from the host whenever needed, made our experience even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's beautiful house. I have never vacationed in such an extremely clean and outstandingly well-equipped house. Up to the second glue, everything our heart desired was there. The beds were very comfortable. We traveled so much that we were actually only in the house in the morning or evening. The nature in this area is just beautiful. Twice we visited a swimming lake nearby with a diving tower. The kids could swim or play on the playground and fish the anglers. We were the only guests in this lovely spot every time. Excursions such as the Pippi Longstocking are between 30 and 60 mins away. In Högsby itself there are two supermarkets within walking distance and a gym, playground and outdoor gym. We really felt very comfortable. Thank you Mattias.

The house is spacious and very comfortable. We stayed with our two teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone with a separate tv/hangout area for the kids. The backyard is lovely and relaxing. We used the hot tub almost everyday. There is a quality grill and a large outdoor and indoor areas to eat. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is conveniently situated with a 5min walk to restaurants, ice-cream, grocery stores, beaches, and park for young children. The local transit stops minutes away and is a great secondary option for getting around to Kalmar and other parts of Öland. Overall our stay was wonderful and matched our high expectations. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely week at Ola's house with the whole extended family. The kids had a good time in the large garden and there was room for everyone around the table outside on the terrace. The surrounding area is peaceful and idyllic, and the beach is a short walk away. Everywhere around the area there are nice hiking trails in the woods, and Ola lent bikes we could use to get around. The house is quite worn, but very well equipped. Ola was a nice host who responded quickly to questions and helped us get hold of things we needed if he didn't have it before. Recommended!

Affordable and large accommodation that has a fresh but still cozy factor. We could fit 15 people comfortably both for sleeping and socializing. Nice forest environment, swimming area with short drive or walk - even if we took a forest walk in snow weather due to winter season. Then it was great to be able to light a fire back in the house. Joakim was easily accessible and friendly in all treatment, eager for us to have a good time. At checkout, he was flexible with the time which was very nice!

For families with children, this place is ideal. The trampoline and the thoughtfully arranged kid's room kept the little ones entertained and happy. We also loved spending time at Möllstrop Badplats, which is a fantastic water area perfect for a full day of fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. However, while the accommodation was lovely, we felt that the price we paid did not quite reflect its value. It seemed a bit too expensive for what was offered. Regardless, i think it's a great accommodation for big family with lot of kids and want to do things around the house.

We had a great week on this beautiful and peaceful location. The view is wonderful and the house so comfortable. Definitely a place to come back to.

We had a lovely week at the house and enjoyed the pool, the house and the beautiful view of the sea. Everything we needed was in the house and Johanna and Klas responded quickly when we had questions. There were also cozy excursions to visit and Oskarshamn is a nice small town! Can highly recommend the property to others.

Super nice, luxurious and comfortable house with modern and clean decor. We were a family of 6 (children, parents and grandparents) and everyone was happy. Great outdoor space with pool and barbeque. Marcus is a very communicative and safe host. We highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a stunning location. Very peaceful. We stayed to race Ironman and the use of the garage was perfect to store and build bikes. The garden was well maintained and lovely to sit in . Any questions were answers very promptly. Kalmar was only a short drive away and easy to get into . Would highly recommended

Malin a host without the same. The start of the reservation, she gave a clear and warm approach before the reservation. She gave a safe and the house is really good for your first IRONMAN KALMAR. side door for driving in the cycle and washing machine. the pool was a great treat and bonus for a triathlete. Communication before the trip to the home loan was smooth and quick responses. The days in the house were enjoyment full, appreciate the great access of ice pieces. (perfect for the ice bath after ironman) Good parking and quick to the island bridge as to Kalmar. (by car about 16 minutes to the ironman start line so smooth and easy. nice as you need to wake up around 4 to check in and prepare for the ironman start) The bike tour for ironman you pass Lindsdal and only a 10 min walk you can see a pass 2 times. Summary is to get the chance to book Malin's wonderful home. Don't hesitate or don't hesitate to write to her.

Amazing, unique home with tons of space and charm. Fantastic family space and kitchen amenities. Plenty of things to keep kids entertained, and the cats are the "highlight," if you ask our 5 year old.

Kristin's villa is fantastic! A lovely, friendly place with lots of space and everything to do. A long weekend was actually far too short.

Beautiful house decorated with an eye for design. Very well equipped and everything up to date. Nice quiet area where you can get down very well. Mario is a very friendly and helpful host! Our stay was perfect and we'd love to come back!
