You have 120 meters to Kalmar's most popular beach with a 180 meter long jetty and also a sandy beach with a shallow sandy bottom. You have Kalmar Castle and the Old Town in the immediate vicinity. Right between the city center and nature and outdoor area. Just 500 meters to the nearest restaurant beautifully located in the castle hall. There are two bikes that can be rented for a smaller amount.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic about 80 meters to the beach. You are close proximity to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility on our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner on Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
